Jay is the CEO of the Franchise Council of Australia and has worked in industry associations over the last 30 years across many sectors that have a franchising foundation. His advocacy, leadership, and skills in public policy have impacted on many significant positive legislative outcomes for industry. He brings global experience and local Australian knowledge in running associations as a CEO.

Sandra is an award-winning Aussie franchisee with eight years industry experience. After working with Telstra for more than a decade, she followed in her sister’s footsteps and became an Aussie broker in 2016. Six years later, Sandra, her sister and her daughter, also a qualified broker, opened their franchise in Epping, Victoria. Aussie Epping has won two sales awards, and is a Signature Platinum store.
